Every project follows the same four steps: Discovery, Concept, 3D Review and Build. The flow takes around 18-26 weeks on average; each stage has its own approval point, written deliverable and checklist.

We assess the space, needs and expectations on site.
Concept
Design language, material palette and spatial composition.
3D Review
We experience the space in realistic 3D before commitment.
Build
On-site management, production and delivery.
Discovery
Mapping the space, the needs and the aspirations.
The first meeting takes place at the studio or on site. We measure the space, analyse light and circulation, and listen to the daily rhythm of the family or business. The brief that emerges from this stage is the foundation of the contract.

Concept
Design language, material palette and spatial composition.
Based on the brief, we develop two or three plan alternatives and present them with a moodboard and material palette. Major decisions (open plan, kitchen island, walk-in closet, budget split) are made here. By the end, the core idea is locked in.

3D Review
Experiencing the space in realistic 3D before commitment.
High-resolution renders, 360° walkthroughs and a physical material kit. We evaluate both the on-screen reality and the texture in your hands together. Lighting scenes are simulated for different times of day.

Build
Site management, production and delivery — control with us, results with you.
Workshop coordination, contractor management, weekly photo reports and quality control. Decisions are kept transparent; alternatives are offered within 24-48 hours when something deviates. At handover we walk through together — anything outstanding is closed within 14 days.

Studio
The whole process under one roof
Instead of splitting design, production coordination and on-site management across separate teams, we run the entire flow from a single studio. Every decision — from brief to handover — happens at the same table in our Nilüfer office in Bursa.
